Hello, my name is Signija Linde for almost six years I have been teaching and studying yoga. I got my first 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali (“Yoga Bliss Lembongan”) it was an amazing experience, which made me realise that this is what I want to do for the rest of my life. My first experience as a yoga teacher was in Iceland and then from very snowy island I went to teach yoga in a very sunny island Cyprus. I thought yoga in front of Mediterranean Sea it was a “classical” yoga teacher dream come true. To be in front of the beach most of the day, teach yoga under the palm tree shade and just live like on a different planet. Actually most of my life I am feeling like I am living on a different planet. But then believe it or not I started to miss grey. I wanted to feel rain on my skin, to be in a moody weather. So in the year 2019 I went to Latvia and started to teach yoga here. In my home country. In the beginning I thought it is just going to be for a small period of time, as most of my life I have been living abroad. But Universe knows what you need, sometimes even better then yourself. Yoga is a never ending road to self discovery so in the year of 2022 I went to Greece (“Alpha Yoga School”) and got my 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. All of my trainings are certified by “Yoga Alliance”. For now I am still teaching yoga in Latvia, mostly you can meet me in real life either in Riga or Liepaja. I am truly happy that I can live how I live and I believe that anyone can have his or hers dream life, you just have to believe in a little bit of magic and take action towards your dreams.
I have experience with many private clients and most of them come to me for almost three years and they are still my private clients. I have worked with many people in group classes, mostly teaching group classes every day. I have experience teaching yoga to corporate clients. I am very proud of all my clients as they inspire me also to move forward and never stop learning.
Every person is unique, with his own life experience, dreams and thoughts. We move differently even if have to do the same asana (yoga pose) the way how we do it, what we are perceiving, how are mind is working is completely different. My yoga classes are design for beginners and advanced yoga practitioners, so every one can gain or take something from the practice. The most important component is willpower. Because the hardest part is deciding that you will come to a yoga practice today and the rest of it will fall into place. Discipline demands willpower.
